What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice, when we stay in a ‘semi restorative pose’, finding the edge of movement or discomfort), for a longer period of time (3-5 minutes) and learning to let go in that spot. Only then we are moving towards working on the deeper tissues of the body (connecting tissues aka-fascias, joints, bones, etc) Yin Yoga incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine .
What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy? An advanced body & mind therapy that combines a scientific (western) understanding of the body with mindfulness skills, a unique type of touch and an acknowledgment for the body’s ability to actually heal itself.
