Yoga at Fair Harvest 6.30 am Tuesdays and Fridays
Starting January 28th (no yoga between Jan 12 – 16)
Living a Permaculture life is living a life based on caring for the Earth and each other. Focusing energy on farm and community is fantastic but for me it has to start with looking after the self, otherwise something is likely to give (how many gardeners do you know with a crook back, dodgy shoulder, crick in the neck?).
Join us every Tuesday and Friday morning for a yoga class with Sandi from Yoga Moon. Taught in our beautiful Cedar Room the classes are both relaxing and invigorating. Sandi has beed teaching yoga for over 15 years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge about yoga for people of all ages and body types.
Sandi is a certified Purna Yoga teacher (mindful breathing and body awareness) and has studied a number of other forms of yoga. She is very aware of individual needs and issues around past injuries.
At the end of the session you are welcome to join us for a hot chai or coffee.
Classes finish just before 8 am so that you can get to work. Please bring your own mat if possible.
No need to book, just turn up to make a great start to your day.
Pay on the day $15
