I expected to enjoy this course and I expected to learn things, but it turned out to be far more than that. It was two weeks of being immersed in living and breathing permaculture with different people with a common goal.
Permaculture principles are a map for living a fulfilling life and I am grateful to Jodie and Do for facilitating this life changing experience.

Everyone, 9-99 years old should do this course. The blessing of immersing yourself in the knowledge of the teachers is something that I will forever cherish and be grateful for. This has already changed my life and I expect it will never stop changing me.
I found a community of love, transparency and joy in a mixed bag of age and backgrounds. Jodie and Do are beautiful souls and share so much… and thank you for all the nourishing food.

Doing a PDC at Fair Harvest has expanded my way of thinking – I’m leaving with practical tools and a deep spiritual connection to direct my course of action for contributing to a better world.

This is a fantastic course!! The whole two weeks (classes, breaks and other activities) are very well structured and thought through. The experience of sharing space, time and meals with other like-minded people is wonderful. The course offers a variety of teaching styles (from different teachers) and provides the opportunity to see the implementation of permaculture principles in many different ways (which is very useful and makes it relevant to everyone participating). Fair Harvest is a showcase in itself of the application of everything Jodie and Do believe in, it’s a beautiful example of the permaculture principles at play. I would highly recommend this course to EVERYONE, whether they are interested in their property or not.

“Great course content. Theory is presented well, is understandable and translated through demonstration and practical exercises. A great opportunity to meet like-minded folk.” – Peter
