subjects has been fulfilled. We have had workshops in the garden (permaculture, pruning, compost making, aquaponics) and workshops in the kitchen (cheese making, preserving, raw food, sourdough bread, fermentation) and creative workshops (up cycling, basket weaving). With more teachers coming on board and more ideas for great workshops we decided it was time to bring on a new member to our team.

Welcome Ruth Foley ………Ruth teaches high school health and PE, she has a passion for healthy living as well as great skills in working with people. Ruth is currently working with our teachers to put together a program of courses for the upcoming months, so don’t go away! If we are not offering what you were looking for chances are we will be in the near future.
