The workshop will be facilitated by Brooke “Sparkles” Murphy, the author of the Odd Fodder cookbook. Sparkles has over 10 years of experience as a permaculturist, and is a fully qualified naturopath of 15 years. Currently, Sparkles runs a business selling wild edibles at farmers markets and calls herself a “professional forager” – though she still hasn’t found the Facebook category that quite fits this yet… She is looking forward to inspiring you greatly with the abundance and deliciousness of the natural world.
